The property is located in the municipality of San Quirico d'Orcia, a town dating back to the year 700 A.D., but already place of Etruscan settlements before and Roman after, nowadays famous as a cultic and enogastronomic center, but also for the thermal areas of Bagno Vignoni, one of the pivotal towns of Val d'Orcia. Places of interest such as Pienza, Montepulciano and Montalcino are within 30 km. Siena and Florence, on the other hand, are 60 and 120 km away. Although in a private location, access to the property is very easy and free of dirt road.
