A wonderful eighteenth-century building of an ancient noble family, in the heart of Rome, on Via del Gambero, between Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon.
Signed by the architectural firms Tamburini and dL Engineering of Rome (restoration) and Scandurra of Milan (interior design), the palace has undergone a complete restoration that offers all the comforts of today with great respect for the original materials and preserving the charm of the era. The noble entrance leads into modern rooms, studied in detail, in line with the needs of daily life. Three staircases, one of which is monumental, with related state-of-the-art elevators, serve the various floors for a total of 28 apartments all unique and different from each other. Each apartment has been given a distinctive name, taking inspiration from the great Italian masters: painters, sculptors, poets and composers.
The apartment, located on the second floor in staircase C, consists of a large entrance hall, from which one enters the living area with an extraordinary double exposure; the main living room with an open kitchen straddles the two courtyards, the monumental one at the entrance and the one set up with plants and planters, with large windows on each facing for spectacular brightness. At the end of the living room, a hallway leads to a bathroom and a bedroom served by an additional dressing room. The master sleeping area, separate from the living area, with direct access from the entrance and pleasant view of the main courtyard of the palace, consists of the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom while the other two bedrooms, including a single, are served by two bathrooms in front of them.
This anciente building then becomes a period residence capable of sustaining the rhythms of daily life thanks to the most modern services, such as: concierge, video surveillance at the entrance for access to the ground floor and common areas, radiant floor heating, a/c, latest generation home automation, dedicated lobby to receive guests. A convenient laundry room and a cellar on the S1 floor complete the property.
